Creating Memories on the Farm

Private Pizza Party in the Barn $450:

Includes parking area, private use of yard, barn space with seating up to 58 max people, playground, yard games, campfire area, speakers for music indoors and outdoors, and a picnic shelter. There’s a 24 x 24 concrete patio adjoining the barn. Composting toilets are on site along with recycling and garbage disposal. All garbage must be properly separated.

Includes 10 – 16″ wood-fired pizzas, basic bulk beverage (lemonade or ice tea & water), paper plates, cups, napkins, and silverware.  This will accommodate a group of 30-40 people for 3 hours, plus 1 hour for set-up/clean-up. Additional food and bar service are available for an additional fee.

During our busy season in May-September, we can book private pizza parties in our barn Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturday 11-3pm, and Sundays. Private parties can not be booked in the barn during our regular pizza nights (Fri 4-8 pm and Sat 3-8 pm).

If you book a party on a Saturday, you must be cleaned up and done by 3 pm as the barn space is then used by our pizza night customers. Other months of the year, we can be more flexible. 

Hold-the-Date Reservation Fee: $100

Bar Service: $100 for 3 hour bartender service required to provide wine/beer at your event. No outside alcohol may be brought on premise. 

$100/hour for extended stay. Advance permission required.

Tax of 5.5% and 15% gratuity will be added. 

A 3% credit card convenience fee will be applied. Paying with cash or check will avoid this fee.

The Herb House is located near our vegetable garden and u-pick flowers and is filled with fresh growing herbs that we use at the farm. The newly renovated Herb House creates a perfect covered space to gather with friends and family to celebrate life’s moments during our wood-fired pizza nights at the farm. The bluffs surrounding the farm provide a beautiful backdrop while you enjoy a meal under the twinkle lights in this unique covered space. At Suncrest Gardens, we value seasonal, from-scratch cooking and serve clean, local food featuring ingredients grown on our farm, including nearly all the vegetables and pasture-raised meats. We are a place of beauty, a source of good food, and a wholesome spot to gather and enjoy our down-to-earth vibe.

Pricing:

Herb House Reservation Fee $200

$100/hour for extended stay. Advance permission required.

Bar Service $75 includes bartender service for 2 hours with selection of beer/wine for sale

Food Service $50 includes all paperware, servingware, and buffet table set up in Herb House for your custom wood-fired pizza meal ranging from $12-$18pp

This option is for groups looking to come during pizza night who would like to have their pizzas ready at a certain time. You order the week ahead with Heather and do not wait in line to order. This option provides a set-up for your group of 16 people or less near the playground and does not include a reservation for seating/food service in the barn. Our barn is available to all guests to use during pizza nights and therefore cannot be reserved for private parties. 

We provide the following for the $30 pre-order service fee:

  • A Serving Table for Pizzas
  • 2-8′ Picnic Tables For Seating Up to 16 People Under the Covered Porch
  • Water Dispenser and Paper Cups
  • Paper Plates and Napkins
  • Garbage and Recycling Bins
  • Option to Add Appetizers, Sides, and Desserts onto Your Order When Placed in Advance
  • You May Bring in a Dessert and We Can Store It in Our Cooler

$250 half day rental (4 hours, includes set up and clean up) Available any day. Only available midday if we’re serving the public pizzas in the evenings.

$4000 full day rental (8 hours, includes set up and clean up) Only available days that we are not open to the public, so typically available Sunday-Thursday.

$5 pp for groups of 10 people or minimum $25 per one hour tour. Tours must be coordinated at least one week in advance. Available Saturdays at 2pm.
